Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. We have modern equipment and facilities to support a range of therapeutic activities. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various conditions such as injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses within the rehabilitation center.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and abilities of each patient, utilizing techniques that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including treatment responses and necessary modifications to ongoing care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments to refine therapeutic goals and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care.
• Assess the need for and recommend assistive devices to enhance patient independence in daily activities.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and assistive modalities to achieve better health outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements through ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, networking, and peer collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant advanced degree is required.

• Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and patient management.
