Temporary Receptionist - $18/hr - Norfolk, VA

Our client, a real estate management firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Norfolk, Virginia. About The Job: * Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls * Sort and distribute mail, sign for packages, and notify recipients * Maintain office kitchens and restock supplies * Assist with office catering setup and cleanup * Create UPS shipping labels and support delivery coordination * Use Excel and Outlook to communicate and route information * Support general office operations in a corporate environment About You: * Customer service and phone experience required * Basic administrative experience required * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently after training * Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and sitting or standing for extended periods * Able to adhere to a professional dress code About The Position: * Start Date: June 17 * Temporary coverage (June 17-June 26, with the additional week of July 7 preferred) * $18/hr * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ) * 100% onsite Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
