Certified Medication Aide 2-10
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide 2-10 to join our team at Willow Ridge Wellness & Rehabilitation in White Settlement, Texas. Your Job:
As a Certified Medication Aide 2-10, you will work under the direct supervision of the charge nurse to ensure that medication administration is completed promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting any changes in patient condition or other concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor
Following charting guidelines for PRN documentation
Reporting medication reorders
Participating in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-service as required
Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms
Maintaining current certification as a Medication Aide
