We are currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who brings both clinical competence and warmth to the team. Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for examination in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take vital signs, medical history, and assist physicians with patient exams.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with confidence and precision.
• Manage and maintain medical records (EMR experience preferred).
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• Coordinate referrals, lab work, and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide compassionate, attentive care and clear communication to patients.

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – required.
• Phlebotomy certification or strong phlebotomy experience – required.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or private practice setting preferred.
• Professional, courteous, and proactive demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMR and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally kind, warm personality.
