Home Health RN Executive Director of Operations

** This position has a 15% annual incentive plan **

Position Overview:
The RN Executive Director is directly responsible for the administrative and leadership functions associated with all operations of an Aveanna branch. Additionally, this individual is responsible for initiating and maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies, and ensuring compliance with Aveanna's policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:
\u2022 Oversee and conduct all interviewing, hiring and orientations of staff.
\u2022 Monitor employee progress towards established goals throughout the year and ending with an annual evaluation.
\u2022 Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education.
\u2022 Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.
\u2022 Meet with supervisors at routine intervals; participate in regional meetings as requested
\u2022 Participate in weekly meetings to prepare for patients coming onto services
\u2022 Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction survey report on client served
\u2022 Incident Management/Issue Resolution
\u2022 Plan and implement branch growth strategies
\u2022 Thorough review of financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
\u2022 Consistently meet reporting deadlines
\u2022 Branch compliance with federal and state regulations
\u2022 Oversight if internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims
\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

\u2022 Associates degree or higher


\u2022 Valid RN in the state of application


\u2022 Criminal Background check completed and results within parameters of Aveanna policy.


\u2022 Valid Driver\u2019s License and Acceptable MVR


\u2022 2-3 yeas of leadership, training and management experience in home health


\u2022 General Healthcare experience

\u2022 Valid CPR
