Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to become a cornerstone of our Internal Medicine Resident Inpatient Service. This is a unique opportunity for a physician with a passion for clinical excellence to step into a vital clinician-educator role.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will not only provide outstanding care to adult patients but also play a central part in shaping the next generation of physicians. You will be instrumental in the education of our residents and medical students, directly influencing the quality and safety of our inpatient clinical care.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of post-residency experience as a Hospitalist is required.
• Training: Completion of an Internal Medicine residency at an accredited US program.
• Certification: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.

• Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
• Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
• Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
