What's in It for You? $25 to $35 per hour (based on experience) Medical & Dental insurance (50% company-paid) PTO Short-term and long-term disability options 401(k) program Company-provided uniforms $100/month cell phone reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Why You'll Love It Here Family-owned and operated since 2018 Proudly serving homeowners throughout Rowlett, Wylie, and North Texas Licensed, insured, and experienced HVAC professionals Honest, no-pressure approach to serving customers Strong commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right Customer-focused culture built on integrity and professionalism Opportunities to expand your skills across residential HVAC installations, ductwork, heat pumps, indoor air quality systems, and more Your New Role Install complete residential HVAC systems Replace air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment Install, modify, and seal ductwork as required Perform equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and system verification Verify proper airflow and overall system performance Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each installation Complete installation paperwork and required job documentation accurately 2 to 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid Texas Driver's License EPA Certification preferred Experience installing split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship Advanced Texas Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
