Property Coordinator

Property Coordinator to $53K + Quarterly Bonus - Great Entry Point into Real Estate! Our client, a well-established residential real estate organization, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio and serve as a key liaison between residents, property management, and internal teams. This position combines customer service, administrative coordination, and light accounting responsibilities while offering excellent exposure to the property management industry. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service, administrative, accounting, or real estate experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Model: In-office Degree: Not Required Responsibilities include processing rental applications and resident documentation; maintaining tenant accounts and supporting rent collection activities; responding to resident inquiries and coordinating resolution of property-related issues; entering and maintaining accurate records within company systems; assisting with leasing, administrative, and operational functions; collaborating with property managers, accounting, and legal teams; and providing professional customer service to residents and vendors. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service and communication skills; excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy; proficiency with Microsoft Office; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with accounting, billing, AP/AR, or administrative tasks; and a proactive, organized, team-first approach.
