Metals Production Operator (Night Shift) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 05:00pm to 03:30am )

• Operate furnaces, induction heaters, and other production equipment
• Handle raw materials and load materials into machines and process tanks
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Perform routine sampling and quality checks
• Maintain production logs and equipment checklists
• Assist with equipment cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures

Metals Production Operator (Night Shift) Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Computer experience, including Microsoft Office
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working in a high-temperature industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable attendance required
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
