Metals Production Operator (Night Shift) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Third Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 05:00pm to 03:30am )

Operate furnaces, induction heaters, and other production equipment
Handle raw materials and load materials into machines and process tanks
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
Perform routine sampling and quality checks
Maintain production logs and equipment checklists
Assist with equipment cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance
Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures

Metals Production Operator (Night Shift) Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Computer experience, including Microsoft Office
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
Comfortable working in a high-temperature industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Reliable attendance required
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
