Client Services Manager

Insight Global is looking for Client Service Managers for a healthcare advocacy company in New Jersey, Mount Laurel. This is a permanent role that will report directly to the Client Service Director in the Account Management Division. The successful candidate provides service standard for all clients and participation retirees, resulting in an exceptional service experience. Works directly with client staff to ensure the product quality delivered to customers and manages the day-to-day responsibilities with their team. The Client Service Manager wouldn\'t have direct reports but rather manage clients and those relationships. Types of clients are Labor Unions, public/private sector Insurance Carriers, Universities/Colleges, Municipalities, etc. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent 4+ years’ experience in roles which are customer facing, client service, sales, operation, benefit administration, project management, or account management experience. 2-year experience, specifically focused in healthcare, health insurance, provider billing, client benefit or medical call center-based environment. Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications Strong written and oral English communication Self-aware and professional NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Life and Health License in AZ (company paid) – must obtain within 6 months of employment. Proficient in Salesforce ADIP Training and Certificate 2+ years customer facing, client service, sales, operation, benefit administration, project management, or account management experience in a healthcare or call center-based environment required. Fully insured and self-funded Medicare, Supplement, or Medicare Advantage health insurance experience We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
