Position SummaryWe are looking for dedicated experienced finish carpenters who share our passion for high-quality craftsmanship to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are looking to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete all the interior finishing for both single family and multifamily new construction projectsInstall:Cabinets & vanitiesStair rails systemsBase, casing, shoe, and crown mouldingDoors and hardwareWindow sills and trimMaintain a clean and safe job siteCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsOther duties as assignedQualifications3-4+ years of finish carpentry experience in single family and/or multifamily new construction requiredProven experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rail systemsStrong work history and reliabilityValid driver's license and dependable vehicleBenefitsCompany -provided power toolsMedical & Dental insurance – 100% of monthly premiums paid by the companyPaid Time Off & Holiday pay401(k) with 3% company matchWeekly pay Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical/human performance evaluation (this is a safety-sensitive position)
