Assistant Property Manager

We’re seeking an energetic, engaging Assistant Manager to support leasing and operations across our Inglewood portfolio. Responsibilities Show and lease apartments; post and monitor ads Handle calls using professional leasing techniques Support marketing initiatives and stay current on market conditions Process applications, credit/background checks, and move-ins Collect rents, deposits, and record resident activities Submit maintenance requests and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Assist Property Managers with daily operations Requirements Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle 2+ years in multi‑family property management 2+ years with Yardi or similar software Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; strong marketing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
