Assistant Property Manager - Commercial

The Assistant Property Manager will assist in overseeing all aspects of property operations and maintenance, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in property management, preferably in a commercial real estate setting. Strong knowledge of lease agreements, property maintenance, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with a team. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Assist in managing tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for tenants. Support lease administration by tracking lease expirations, preparing lease documents, and facilitating lease renewals. Assist in financial management, including budget preparation, rent collection, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve operational goals and ensure tenant satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
