Senior Assistant Property Manager

Job Description A leading commercial real estate group is hiring a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support a portfolio of Class A, high‑rise medical office properties (~250K SF) in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is a clear step‑up opportunity for a strong Assistant Property Manager looking to transition into a Property Manager seat. You’ll report directly to a General Manager, giving you exposure to both high‑level operations and financial development, without owning full PM responsibility yet. Day‑to‑Day Operations Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors Lead tenant communication, issue resolution, and service coordination Conduct property inspections, vendor meetings, and construction walks Help maintain Class A standards across a high‑rise environment Leadership Responsibilities Step in to run building operations when the PM/GM is unavailable Help oversee engineering, maintenance, and service providers Operate with independence in client/tenant communication Financial Responsibilities Support monthly financial reporting, budgets, and CAM reconciliations Prepare lease abstracts and rent rolls Partner closely with the GM to build financial acumen over time (You don’t need to be perfect here — just coachable and willing to learn) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
