Production Planner

Position Overview We are seeking a Production Planner to support production scheduling, materials planning, and workflow coordination at our manufacturing facility in Coldwater, MI. This role is responsible for developing production schedules, managing work order flow, analyzing capacity constraints, and ensuring material availability to support customer demand. The Production Planner works closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to maintain schedule integrity, improve manufacturing performance, and drive on‑time delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing customer priorities, production requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment.
