Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay : $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lab Technician to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. This position is responsible for supporting daily laboratory operations, conducting routine testing, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses following established procedures
• Prepare samples, reagents, and testing materials for daily lab operations
• Accurately record and document test results and data
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering lab supplies
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues with samples or results
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications:

• Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control experience preferred
• Associate degree or relevant coursework in science-related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
