District ManagerThe Reisner Group is currently seeking a District Manager for a leading, fast-growing grocery retailer in Southwest Florida. This position will oversee multiple store locations throughout the Fort Myers to Naples territory and is ideal for a strong operational leader who excels at developing teams, driving results, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.We are looking for candidates with multi-unit leadership experience in grocery, restaurant, or high-volume retail operations. We are also open to accomplished General Managers who have successfully led complex, high-volume operations and are ready to take the next step into multi-unit leadership.Compensation & BenefitsApproximately $95,000 starting base salary$5,000 sign-on bonusCompany vehicle providedFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insuranceComprehensive training and professional developmentSignificant opportunity for continued career growthResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across multiple store locationsLead, coach, train, and develop Store Managers and their teamsDrive operational performance, sales, productivity, and profitabilityMonitor P&L performance, expenses, inventory, productivity, and shrinkDevelop and implement action plans to improve operating resultsMaintain high standards for customer service and overall store executionRecruit, interview, hire, and develop high-performing team membersPartner with Human Resources on training, development, retention, performance management, and employee relationsIdentify high-potential employees and build a strong internal leadership pipelineEnsure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently executed across all locationsMaintain compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local regulationsConduct regular store visits, operational reviews, cash audits, and inventory reviewsMonitor local competitors, market trends, and competitive pricingManage and approve store-level expenses within company guidelinesEffectively address employee and customer concerns while maintaining company standardsConduct meetings with store leadership to communicate expectations, goals, performance, and company initiativesServe as a liaison between store teams and senior leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related business fieldApproximately 3–15 years of professional leadership experienceMulti-unit management experience strongly preferredStrong General Managers with significant operational leadership experience will also be consideredExperience in grocery, restaurant, or high-volume retail environmentsStrong operations and people leadership backgroundDemonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop employees and future leadersStrong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skillsAbility to analyze operational performance and implement plans that improve resultsProven career progression is highly valued, particularly candidates who have taken on increasing responsibility or rotated through multiple roles, departments, or locationsAbility and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Myers–Naples territoryBackground check and drug screening required upon acceptance of an offer.
