HEROES Physical Therapy, a small but mighty pediatric clinic in Allegan, MI, is seeking a Pediatric COTA to join our team. If you light up when a child masters a new skill or love partnering with families to help them feel confident and empowered, you'll fit right in here.

Daily Responsibilities

• Support children in sensory integration, reflex integration mobility development, and fine motor skills using fun, movement-based therapy.
• Incorporate Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) into sessions.
• Utilize TASES, whole body vibration, and other modalities in sessions.
• Coach families to continue strategies at home and keep parents at the center of the process.
• Celebrate progress, no matter how big or small.

Required Skills

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Michigan (or in the process).
• Experience with Sensory-Motor Integrated Learning or a strong desire to learn it.
• Experience with DMI or a strong interest in learning it.
• Effective communication with families in a warm and supportive manner.
• Problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.

Salary and Benefits

Our therapists are 1099 Employees and are paid per session. The below salary range is based on experience.

• Minimum Salary: $50,000.00 per year
• Maximum Salary: $75,000.00 per year
