School Social Worker $32 – $35.35/hour* Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, licensure/certification, credentialing, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time) Why Join TES? Competitive Total Compensation Package Merit-Based Annual Raises Exceptional Training & Mentorship Programs Professional Growth & Advancement Opportunities Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Generous Paid Time Off Retirement Plan What You'll Do Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs Help students develop coping strategies, social skills, and conflict-resolution skills Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Respond appropriately to student crises, including concerns involving abuse, neglect, self-harm, trauma, and other urgent situations Build strong partnerships with families and serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community agencies Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and credentials for school social work Why TES?
