Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or CNP) to deliver on‑site care to senior living communities. If you’re passionate about serving older adults and want to expand into wound care, this is your chance. We’ll even pay for your wound care certification if you’re not already credentialed.
