Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process invoices with precision
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies
- Ensure timely payments to vendors
- Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related inquiries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions
