Senior Securities Counsel - Public-Company Readiness
Range Energy, Inc.
Range Energy is seeking a Senior Corporate & Securities Counsel to guide the company through its next growth stage and prepare for public-company readiness. Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer, you will be the primary in-house securities lawyer working with executive leadership, the Board, Finance, outside counsel, auditors, investor relations, and other teams.
Initially, focus will be on capital markets, governance, disclosure, and public-company readiness, with growth
