We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Representative to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. In this client-facing role, youll support both administrative and policy management tasks, playing a critical part in ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for every policyholder. Youll work closely with brokers, commercial clients, and the internal team while enjoying the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

Base pay: $20-$24/hour based on experience
Flexible schedule with hybrid remote options

Responsibilities

Deliver responsive customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Manage client records, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Assist with claims initiation and follow-ups
Respond to client inquiries and schedule appointments
Support brokers and internal teams with administrative tasks
Conduct carrier research and policy comparisons

Requirements

An active insurance license is required
Prior insurance or related administrative experience
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Confidence in using insurance and office software tools
Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
