Ensure precise cuts to meet production standards and reduce waste. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on saw equipment. Read and follow blueprints and job orders to determine cutting measurements. Monitor the cutting process and make adjustments to maintain quality. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications. Keep the work area clean and follow all safety guidelines. Work with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.Saw Operator Houston TX 77086 Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. At least 3 years experience Knowledge of how to operate industrial saws and different cutting methods. Ability to read blueprints and work orders. Proficient in using measurement tools like calipers and tape measures. Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Commitment to safety and keeping the work area organized.
