Production BakerThe Production Baker prepares high-quality baked goods that support Black Cap's commitment to exceptional food, consistency, and customer experience. Working collaboratively with the bakery team, this role executes daily production, maintains food safety standards, and contributes to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment. This position offers ample opportunities for learning and development. Compensation for this position is $23-$24.50/hour (=$20-$21.50/hr base rate + $3/hr in share tips & fees).This is a part-time position, scheduled 16-24 hours/week at our Waterbury location. The schedule requires a 4:30 AM start time on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays; candidates available on both Saturdays and Sundays are preferred.
