Our facility is recognized as the busiest level 3 trauma center in Tennessee. In this role, you will be part of a 35-bed Acute Medical Care/Oncology Unit, primarily serving adults with various acute medical conditions. Working with our oncology patients offers nurses the chance to become chemotherapy certified and to provide care for numerous Hospice and Palliative Care individuals.

There are endless opportunities for advancement within our organization! In this position, you can progress to a Charge Nurse role, become a Preceptor, participate in a Unit Based Council, and move into leadership positions.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Outpatient Wound Care RN

Qualifications Required:

• Active RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state Board of Nursing.

• Associate's degree required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• BLS certification is mandatory and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

• ACLS certification must be acquired within six months of hire or transfer.

• A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.

Our facility is a 234-bed comprehensive center serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We are equipped with a Level III Trauma Center and provide a full range of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center, leading in emergency heart and stroke care.
