Full Time Overnight Caregiver Opening - Airport Area

Sunday - Thursday, 10pm -8:30am

Awake Pay $17.50/hour and Asleep Pay $10/hour

Responsibilities:

• Build a trusting relationship with 2 men based on respect, empathy, and understanding
• Follow individualized support plans to make sure they get what they need to be safe
• Help one of the men with personal care and ambulation; the other with reminders for hygiene
• Help with the morning routine, healthy meals, and cleaning
• Take one of the men to work in the morning

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs
• Valid Wisconsin driver license, clean driving record, and insured vehicle
