Build a stronger Customer Experience capability. What We're Looking For: Significant experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or customer experience strategy. Strong understanding of how money moves through a payments business. Demonstrated track record of using data to solve systemic problems. Strong hands-on data proficiency using SQL, Databricks, Salesforce. Strong first-principles problem solving and business judgment. Experience building or improving a customer experience capability.
