Esther's 2.0 is a modern, elevated Cajun + Soul food restaurant and nightlife lounge built on legacy, culture, and excellence. We deliver a premium guest experience through exceptional hospitality, consistent culinary execution, and curated programming, positioning Esther's 2.0 as a destination for celebrations, community moments, private events, and high-energy weekend nights.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands that hospitality is both service and experience.
Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
Wipe down tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
Refill water glasses and assist with cornbread/service items.
Remove dirty plates, glassware, and plates.
Restock service stations (napkins, straws, condiments, to-go boxes).
Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bathrooms, and floors.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
