The Warehouse Lead works closely with our Operations Manager.Warehouse Lead BenefitsCompetitive base pay, and year-end bonus opportunityMedical, Dental and Vision insurance, Employer paid life and short-term disability insuranceTwo weeks' paid time off your first year, paid holidays and paid leave programInternal advancement opportunityRegular Employee Appreciation eventsEmployee pricing program on RJ Schinner sold products½ off RJ Schinner Apparel, and much more!Warehouse Lead Qualifications 2-3 years of previous distribution warehouse experience 2-3 years of forklift experience Strong interpersonal skillsHigh degree of attention requiredAbility to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safelyAbility to proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucksMust be dependable, reliable, and use equipment safely and sensiblyComfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)Comfortable with heights (25'-30')Warehouse ResponsibilitiesMaintains other shipping records such as returned merchandise, damage, discrepancies, etc.Responsible for care in handling merchandiseEstablish an appropriate rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery driversResponsible for performing operations and safety check, (including battery, brakes & lift controls), on all powered industrial trucksRecommend equipment needs and repairsVerify inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical countsTransport merchandise from daily inbound receipts to appropriate locationsReplenish warehouse pick locations to capacityLoad outbound carriersObserve and comply with all workplace safety procedures and measures, including immediately documenting any unsafe acts, conditions, or accidentsPreferred QualificationsEclipse Warehouse Management System experienceLocation: 19080 E. 38th Avenue, Unit D | Aurora CO | 80011R.J.
