AP Mail Clerk 

Responsibilities:

• Match payment stubs/documentation to checks; prepare checks for mailing.
• Sort, route, and attach documentation to checks coming off printers.
• Confirm and prep Lien Payoff checks for delivery.
• Prepare daily FedEx packages; log all daily/non-daily tracking numbers.
• Maintain check printers, paper, and secure check stock.
• Complete required daily performance statistics and disbursement logs.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounting department as needed.
  
   

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
• Experience handling high volumes of documentation in database systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be a reliable team player with strong service skills.
• CDK system experience is a plus.
