Line Cook / Cocinero - The Stand Mission Valley 1640 Camino Del Rio N, San Diego, CA 92108, USA The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. We're looking for passionate Line Cooks who take pride in every plate, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to build a real career in food. What You'll Do as a Line Cook• Cook and prep on multiple stations - salad, fry, grill, and expo
• Follow our build guides to make every menu item consistently and correctly
• Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout every shift
• Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner
• Work as part of a tight-knit, supportive kitchen team
• Attend to special guest requests and go the extra mile

• A passion for food and a desire to do things right
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-first mentality
• Reliable -Weekends, and holidays are part of the job
• Ability to stay focused and move fast during a rush
• Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation & Benefits:
- Tip pool (~$4-7/hr average)
- Up to $24.00 per hour
