Quality Technician - 1st Shift

Hiring Immediately For 1st Shift Quality Technicians In Burlington, Nc!

Pay: $20-23/hr. To Start + Pay Raises!

1st Shift: 7 Am - 3:30 Pm Monday - Friday

This Is A Direct Hire Position!

Job Description:

• Serve as a quality technician or receiving inspector responsible for inspecting and measuring inbound/outbound materials.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined components and final assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Perform dimensional inspections, document results, support material traceability, and help maintain calibrated inspection equipment within an assembly production facility.
• Perform equipment calibrations on inspection tools including calipers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, and related devices.
• Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, bore gages, feeler gages, and pin gages.
• Work with blueprints as necessary to verify part dimensions.
• Complete quality documentation including material traceability reports and certificates of conformity.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Must have experience with some or all of these quality gages is preferred - calipers, micrometers, mic threads, bore gages, feeler gages, and/or pin gages to measure parts.
• Need to have the ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience working in an assembly production facility or similar manufacturing environment.

This is a permanent position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
