Collaborate with OR Charge Nurses, Anesthesia leadership, Surgeons, Sterile Processing, and Perioperative Educators to optimize staffing, scheduling, quality metrics, throughput, and patient experience. Support seamless perioperative continuity of care with interdisciplinary partners including surgical technologists, anesthesia techs, PACU/Pre‑Op RNs, pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, and social work.
