Rotating holiday on‑call requirement and minimal weekend shifts required. Responsibilities Supervise about 18-20 direct reports, address performance improvements with staff, and typically rotate 2 admin shifts + 1 clinical shift in week 1 and 1 admin shift + 2 clinical shifts in week 2. Clinical shifts usually as charge nurse but may be pulled into staffing and must complete full PICU orientation to feel comfortable with nursing on the unit. Reporting Reports to the Nurse Manager Patient Population Critical care and acute care patients. Organ transplant patients following surgery. ECMO and high-level ICU care. Neurology patients and transition to inpatient rehab unit on another unit with a large unit and great leadership team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
