Staff Engineer - AI-Driven Retirement Savings Platform

Gusto is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Retirement Money Planning to own backend services, APIs, and UI for savers managing retirement accounts. You’ll partner with Product, Design, Compliance, and Operations in a hands‑on, impact‑driven role.
