Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Wickliffe, OH

Pay & Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM-11:00 PM | $16.25/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM | $16.75/hour

We're hiring Production Associates to manufacture heavy-duty industrial spill containment products used by businesses across North America. This is a hands-on production role that combines assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy-duty industrial tarp products
• Operate RF heat-sealing equipment to bond materials together
• Feed, position, and reposition large materials throughout the production process
• Use hand tools including mallets, clamps, and staple guns
• Fold, secure, and reinforce finished products
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work safely around heated equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recent manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment
• Able to lift, pull, and reposition large materials throughout the shift
• Able to stand, bend, and move continuously during the workday
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
