The General Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Perform a variety of basic clerical duties following established instructions and procedures. Complete high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry, and record maintenance activities. Maintain simple to complex filing systems and records. Compile, review, and verify Excel reports for accuracy. Search, investigate, and retrieve information contained within files and records. Process departmental documents requiring knowledge of functional operations and procedures. Type correspondence and maintain documentation as needed. Required qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Notary experience. Mortgage industry experience. Pay Rate: $17.91 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
