**About the Role:**

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Highgate at Billings, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
* Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
* Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Responsibilities:**

• **Direct Resident Care:** Provide comprehensive care to our residents, including personal care, ADLs, and skilled care as needed
• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with residents and families
• **Safety and Infection Control:** Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhere to infection control protocols, and report any concerns or incidents to the nursing staff
• **Quality Care:** Provide high-quality care that meets the highest standards of our organization, adhere to regulatory requirements, and continuously improve our practices and processes

**Requirements:**

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
