Job Summary As a full‑time Accounting Specialist, you will handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and general accounting assignments. You will communicate directly with customers, post payments, send statements, resolve issues promptly, enter bills, obtain payment authorizations, and prepare payment runs. Role & Responsibilities Assist with all accounts payable functions, including preparing A/P checks, printing reports and maintaining files, routing invoices for approvals, and approving vouchers for payment. Assist with all accounts receivable functions, posting customer payments, sending statements, responding to inquiries, investigating billing issues, reviewing aging balances, collections, and setting up new customers. Support the finance and sales team on special requests and projects as needed. Organize email inboxes and respond quickly to customers and vendors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Development. 2–5+ years of related experience and/or training. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word). Understanding of general ERP accounts payable and receivable functions.
