Responsibilities Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments. Help prepare event materials, schedules, and presentations. Welcome and assist guests during events while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Monitor event timelines and help ensure activities run efficiently.
