Job Description: Physical therapists at Hands On Physical Therapy are a critical member of the team! Our therapists help to create an excellent environment of care through positive client interactions. We are seeking a highly reliable and motivated individual to join our team.

-Offering to fully pay for the new team members McKenzie certification: Part A-E and including first time exam fees. If the applicant is already McKenzie certified they may qualify for a $2,500 signing bonus approximately equal to the equivalent of the cost of becoming certified.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and execute therapy programs based on individual client needs
• Implement treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functionality, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction, and document accordingly
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plans at various stages, and successfully adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefits
• Administers manual exercises to assist in client goals
• Participate in department and team meetings as needed
• Assist in overseeing the activities of physical therapy aides
• Maintain clear and open communication with staff and clients
• Other duties as discussed and assigned

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy License in good standing
• Minimum 0-1 years experience as a physical therapist, outpatient clinical experience or student rotations in the outpatient setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask
