Affordable Housing Development Project Lead

Jubilee Housing seeks a Real Estate Development Project Manager to drive projects from start to finish, coordinating land use, financing, scheduling, bids, and closeout with the Development Division leadership. You’ll support owner coordination, construction oversight, and reporting, ensuring timely, quality execution across a portfolio of affordable housing developments.
