Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in educational and/or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with K-8th grade student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Adaptability to provide therapy across both school and home health environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-8th graders, supporting their functional independence in school and daily life
• Assess, document, and report progress, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and procedural guidelines
• Partner with teachers, caregivers, and staff to deliver targeted interventions
• Consult on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
• Attend meetings and contribute to educational planning and individualized programs
• Maintain thorough and timely records of student performance and goals
