Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Previous experience providing physical therapy services in educational or pediatric environments is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and understanding of school-based therapy practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, goal-setting, and treatment for students with a range of physical needs
• Collaborate closely with educational staff, faculty, and families to maximize student outcomes and participation
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with students’ IEP goals
• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to progress reports, and consult with school personnel as needed
• Support teachers in adapting activities, classroom environments, and equipment for students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with state and district policies
