What Success Looks Like in This Role A successful Personal Lines Sales Agent responds quickly to opportunities, follows up consistently, explains insurance in a way clients can understand, and helps clients make confident coverage decisions. Success is not measured only by the number of quotes completed. The right person will be motivated by achieving sales goals while also doing what is best for the client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
