Customs Brokerage Representative (Entries & FTZ)

Our client, a logistics and customs brokerage company, is seeking a Customs Brokerage Specialist (FTZ Experience Required) to join their team.

Note: This is a logistics/customs brokerage position — not a U.S. Customs Officer or government role.

As a Customs Brokerage Specialist, you will be part of the U.S. Broker department supporting logistics operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organization, which will align successfully in the organization.

Customs Brokerage Specialist (FTZ Experience Required)

Location:

Mile 9 / Mines Road / El Gato Road

Pay Range:

$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What’s the Job?

• Process entries and in-bonds accurately and on time
• Review and interpret documents such as packing lists and invoices
• Analyze bills of lading, freight bills, and airway bills
• Coordinate shipments and dispatch transportation based on client needs
• Maintain organized records of all customs documentation in the system

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customs brokerage or logistics
• Experience working with FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) – required
• Knowledge of entries, in-bonds, and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
