Hybrid HR Specialist: Training, HRIS & Compliance

Kleinfelder

Kleinfelder is seeking an HR Specialist to support a range of HR programs in a hybrid environment. You will coordinate with managers on HR issues and help implement policies, benefits, and compensation projects. The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience, knowledge of COBRA and FMLA, and strong communication and organizational skills.
