System Support Technician

Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $55K-$65K/year (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time | Direct Hire

Travel: ~25%

A healthcare technology company in Alexandria is seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused System Support Technician . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, staying calm under pressure, and helping customers feel supported.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve High-Priority Cases with urgency
Document Issues Clearly in the ticketing system
Diagnose Problems and order necessary parts
Manage Escalations confidently
Travel for Installs & Training (approx. 25%)
Answer Support Calls and provide customer guidance
Follow Established Processes
Stay Current on Tools and product updates

HS diploma or GED
Customer service experience (preferred)
