Medical Office Manager - ENT Practice | Bonita Springs
ENT Care | Full-Time | In-Office

ENT Care is a growing ENT practice in Bonita Springs owned by board-certified Otolaryngologist Dr. Price Sonkarley. We offer full-scope ENT, in-house audiology, and allergy services with a focus on same-week access for new patients.

We are hiring a hands-on Medical Office Manager to lead daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office operations, staff scheduling, and patient flow
Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, and HMO referral/authorization process
Train and lead front desk team to provide excellent patient experience
Coordinate with clinical, audiology, and allergy teams
Ensure HIPAA compliance and smooth provider communication
Support practice growth and referral relationships

Ideal Candidates:

Experience as Medical Office Manager / Practice Manager / Lead
Experience in medical specialty office (ENT, primary care, allergy, audiology preferred)
Proficient with EMR and medical office workflows (ModMed)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Must be able to work in-office in Bonita Springs, FL (Bonita Beach Rd. & 41)

Preferred / Bonus:

Medical billing and coding experience
Experience with HMO authorizations
Knowledge of ENT procedures and terminology
